What You Should Know About the Navy Physical Readiness Program

Plebes execute the USNA Physical Readiness Test (PRT). It is a three-part test consisting of push-ups, a timed plank, and a 1.5 mile run administered during Plebe Summer and each semester after. This week’s #WorkoutWednesday challenge is the Navy’s Physical Readiness Test (PRT). The Brigade takes the PRT at the beginning of every semester to assess their general fitness.
