Members of the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) rescue Filipino fishermen who experienced harassment from Chinese Coast Guard and Chinese Maritime Militia at Escoda Shoal in the West Philippine Sea on Friday. PCG sent the MRRV-4403 and MRRV-4411 response vessels after 20 fishermen encountered Chinese vessels used water cannon against them, did dangerous blocking maneuvers, and cut anchor lines.
